Grier's Mary Poppins Production is a Success!

Grier's musical production of Mary Poppins was a success! Audiences filled the house for the two-night run this weekend.

The student actors were spot on in their roles, which required acting, singing, and dancing! The clever sets and props helped create the magic, including Poppins' bottomless carpetbag and her quick tidy-up.

In a striking red ensemble, Emily-Margaret evoked a familiar and well-loved Mary Poppins opposite Shannon as the multi-talented and insightful Bert. The orchestra played the intricate score from the loft, giving the dancers plenty of room to wow the audience with energetic numbers like Step In Time and the Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.
