Student Class Officers Elected

Last week, students met with other students in their grade for the first class meetings of the year. During these meetings, students had the opportunity to run for a class office, including President, Vice President, Secretary, Student Council Rep, and Treasurer. Teacher-advisors facilitated the election process, tallying results of the votes and declaring winners. Class officers will guide their grade class in organizing events, community service projects, fundraising, and fostering school spirit. Student Council Representatives will represent each grade on the Student Council which is Grier’s student government. Student Council officers were elected during May 2016.
