Writer's Series Features Poet Lee Peterson
Lee Peterson, instructor of Creative Writing and Women's Studies at Penn State, Altoona, came to Grier School's Coffee Barn on Sunday, February 26th, for a reading of her own poetry and to lead Grier students in a guided poetry workshop.
About twenty five Grier girls and Department Head, Ms. Kara Lawler, packed the coffee house for this event, which was a part of The Grier School Writer's Series, an English Department initiative to expose Grier students to female writers.
