Sophomores Sponsor a Pink Pajama Day

This October, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Grier Sophomore Class organized a charity fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen Fund. Students, faculty, and administrators were invited to participate in the event. Everyone was encouraged to wear pink, the color associated with Breast Cancer awareness. For a $1 contribution, students could wear PJs and teachers could wear jeans. The Sophomore class nearly tripled the amount they collected last year! They will be donating over $311.
