Judges from ACT watched high school musical productions in Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Centre, Clearfield, and Huntingdon counties before announcing the nominees from twenty area schools. Grier students performed on stage and learned the results during the Saturday Night Isaac Award ceremony following Grier’s Commencement Ceremony on May 25th. Musical Director Mrs. Ginger Reinhardt presented Grier's own award for MVP to Erzsi M.

This is Grier's third time participating in the Isaac Awards. Last year, Spamalot received ten nominations and won three awards. The year before, Sister Act received ten nominations and won six awards.
