NHS Volunteers Help Kids Develop STEM Skills

Members of Grier’s NHS partnered with the local Tyrone-Snyder Public Library for its monthly Tech Tuesday event. On Tech Tuesdays, children that visit the library are invited to experience some of the library’s technology resources. For some children, this provides a great introduction to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) skill development, while for other children who already enjoy making and innovating, Tech Tuesdays provide an opportunity to strengthen their skills. Everyone, the Grier volunteers and the children, had a lot of fun working together!
